There are some really great people at Riata, but you just have to know which ones to go too. Joe Ventek, Joe Salinas, JD, and AJ. These are a group of great guys. I am so lucky to have Leif Johnson Ford right down the road. I overheated on the side of the highway the other week, and the service team told me to have my car towed to the dealership to ensure the issue road. I overheated on the side of the highway the other week, and the service team told me to have my car towed to the dealership to ensure the issue wasn’t related to the recall fix I’d just had my car in for. The team looked at my car first thing in the morning and were able to confirm that the recall repair was still holding strong, and that somehow my radiator had been punctured! JD was so thorough in his explanation and made sure I understood the issue very clearly. While this situation was initially a nightmare for me, JD and the team eased my worries and made sure I felt taken care of and supported. I now have my car back and have zero worries. Hopefully I don’t have to see them again for a while (ha!) but if something does come up, I know I’ll be in good hands! More
