I just want to inform you of our total displeasure with Wesley Chapel Honda. We purchased a Honda CRV on October 10th. We purchased this vehicle which had damage to the rear trunk and had small dents on th Wesley Chapel Honda. We purchased a Honda CRV on October 10th. We purchased this vehicle which had damage to the rear trunk and had small dents on the passenger side door as well as the passenger side rear panel. When we purchased this vehicle we were guaranteed that these damages will be fixed in a timely manner. We dropped the vehicle off on October 13th. Here we are November 3rd, and we still don't have our vehicle. Now I received the first payment due in November. This is no way to do business if I knew that it would take a month to fix the damage to this vehicle, we would have NEVER purchased this vehicle. Also you stated that we should receive the license plate in the mail. We have not received that either. Very disappointed with how Wesley Chapel Honda conducts business. I don't feel this falls on Ed Osbourne because he has tried his best for us to get our vehicle. More
