Extremely helpful and professional...A MAZINg I have been driving my Infiniti I30 for 17 years and decided it was time for a new car. I was not looking forward to the whole ordeal. This dealership is near my house so I went there. Mr. Al Mazin was an exceptional salesperson. He listened to my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured. He was patient with me and addressed my concerns. Even after I purchased the car he is still willing to answer my questions. I would recommend Al to anyone interested in a Subaru. I did not feel as comfortable or satisfied in the finance office. I honestly felt it was so robotic. "Stuff" was not discussed in detail and there could have been more in-hand information to review before "signing on the dotted line." Al went to bat for me and obtained the information I wanted. Throughout the negotiation process I have never felt pressured and I know, he did what he could to get me the best deal. The visit in the finance manager's office wasn't that pleasant. I felt pressured and uncomfortable when we discussed the extended warranty. It was nice to do a business with Al and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a Subaru. More

However, when we sat in the finance manager's office, it was not a pleasant experience. After we declined the offer to extend warranty (Because we got a used small car and we trust Subaru is a very reliable brand), his face turned very quickly and made us feel very uncomfortable. He was also kind of rude to Al when he asked Al to come back to pick us up. So, except this part, in general, it was pleasant dealing with this dealer. More

Al Mazin was great. Worked with me to get my fourth Subaru I have now bought four Subaru's since 2000. Three of them have been from Subaru of Wakefield. The third one I bought elsewhere but I came back to Wa I have now bought four Subaru's since 2000. Three of them have been from Subaru of Wakefield. The third one I bought elsewhere but I came back to Wakefield as I really like Al Mazen as a salesperson. He never gets flustered, is very fair and I trust that he is working with me to get the best deal for me. I have also had all my cars serviced at Wakefield. They do a great job. They fix what needs to be fixed but don't throw extras in that are not needed. I highly recommend Subaru of Wakefield in general and Al Mazen in particular. More
