This dealership is near my house so I went there. Mr. Al Mazin was an exceptional salesperson. He listened to my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured. He was patient with me and addressed my concerns. Even after I purchased the car he is still willing to answer my questions. I would recommend Al to anyone interested in a Subaru. I did not feel as comfortable or satisfied in the finance office. I honestly felt it was so robotic. "Stuff" was not discussed in detail and there could have been more in-hand information to review before "signing on the dotted line." Al went to bat for me and obtained the information I wanted. Throughout the negotiation process I have never felt pressured and I know, he did what he could to get me the best deal. The visit in the finance manager's office wasn't that pleasant. I felt pressured and uncomfortable when we discussed the extended warranty. It was nice to do a business with Al and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a Subaru. More
