Salesperson Al was attentive and knowledgeable. Judson the finance manager was obliging and pleasant. Delivery of vehicle took too long due to an IT issue with financing whereby the District manage Judson the finance manager was obliging and pleasant. This delayed my financing by 2 days and then pushed delivery of the vehicle by four days More

I bought my car from Subaru of Wakefield/Al Mazin in November 2025 and have had a fantastic car buying and service experience. I came in recently will a small issue that wasn’t noted/present during the November 2025 and have had a fantastic car buying and service experience. I came in recently will a small issue that wasn’t noted/present during the post purchase inspection. Al and the team (Alex and Erica) made sure to fix the problem at no cost and make sure my vehicle was back on the road in no time! I will buy all of my Subarus from Al and Subaru of Wakefield!! More
