The salesman, Al Mazin, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in reviewing, and attentive to every detail. There was absolutely no pressure, and he answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Two days after picking up the vehicle, i had a minor problem with the car, and Mr. Mazin attended to it promptly. I drove into the lot, and barely got out of the car before he came out to greet me. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes. The experience of buying a car doesn't get much better than this. More

First-time Subaru owner If you do your research, the whole process is a breeze (and this is my first car financing experience) The one extra I opted for was the 6 years/100k If you do your research, the whole process is a breeze (and this is my first car financing experience) The one extra I opted for was the 6 years/100k coverage on my Subaru Legacy, which I felt was a bit pricey, but worth it for number of miles I will put on the vehicle. I bought my car from Al Mazin, and he was truly wonderful to work with. From negotiation to delivery of my vehicle, Al really cared about me and my experience. I noticed a slight ding in the center console leather on delivery and he brought me and the car right over to service to have them do what they could to fix it. I would highly recommend working with him the next time you look to buy a new Subaru! Also, Mike Tarasuik, one of the Sales Managers, was a lot of fun! Both helped me feel at ease while finalizing the deal. More

From start to finish, looking at the cars that I though would work through the test drive and last but not least completing the deal, was professional, friendly and very very easy. I worked with Al Mazin who provided excellent service. as anticipated I am really enjoying my vehicle having put more than a few miles on it. My new Forester is comfortable to drive, with excellent visibility , comfort and turning radius. It's great! the stars below don't seem to be working for me, but you can tell from my review that they would all b 5 star! More

They have always been straight shooters in every phase of their business. Generous with loaner cars, reasonable on their rates, and very communicative when questions arise. They aren't the closest Subaru dealership to my home, but I didn't hesitate to return for my new Forester. My original sales person didn't last with them, but I was quickly "adopted" by a one of their senior guys, Al Mazin, who always made it a point to acknowledge me when I brought my car in for service. That solicitude earned SoW and Al personally my business this time around. More

"Unforgettable experience" I worked with both Al Mazin and Christian Francois while I search for an appropriate Subaru to lease. Al spent around two hours with my mother and I. He had an in-depth knowledge of the cars and he was extremely patient while I debated the pros and cons of each car. He was a huge help and picked out appropriate cars based on my needs as a student and a less experienced driver. Safety was his biggest priority to emphasize. A few days later, Christian assisted my mother, aunt, and I while we filled out the paperwork. She was also patient, professional, and knowledgeable regarding all of the information we needed to know moving forward to pay for and service the lease. Christian spent at least an hour, possibly more, with my mother and I exploring the car and the most important aspects for me to know. This was a very exciting experience for me as this was my first new car. Both Al and Christian made it a pleasant experience and I would definitely use their services again or recommend them to anyone else looking to buy a Subaru. More

From the front desk staff (who generously entertained my four-year-old while I was conversing with the sales representative) to the finance department (Matt Cote) to our fabulous sales representative, Al Mazin, everything was direct, clearly explained and supportive. Al is very thorough at test drives and when turning over the vehicle. His follow-up calls and check-ins were much appreciated. Overall, this was a fabulous experience with no high pressure sales and everything clearly spelled out. I highly recommend them! More
