He could have been more transparent with the process, but we understand it's at the end of the model year, and inventory was low. Al did a fine job! 5 stars. NOT related to our dealings with Al - there is no receptionist at Subaru of Wakefield (not in the 4-5 times I visited). There IS a front desk, but nobody sits there. If you want service, you need a flare gun. 0 stars, bad job. I cannot rate a customer experience that requires you to find your own sales person by wandering around aimlessly. More

Good car, good experience My fiancé and I walked in 20 minutes after they closed one night not expecting to be helped. Not only were we helped but Al Mazin sat down with us for My fiancé and I walked in 20 minutes after they closed one night not expecting to be helped. Not only were we helped but Al Mazin sat down with us for an hour. We were blown away with the customer service. In any car buying situation there was a little pressure to buy right away, but that should be expected especially on the last day of the month.. In a subsequent trip up Al even called a rental car company for me and got me a deal on a rental car I needed to get home that night. Because of our situation, no car, complexity of car insurance, etc. we had to make several trips to the dealership. It would have been nice if they took care of the MA state inspection for us. More

Al was very approachable and forthcoming with his knowledge of Subaru design & technical features. We were able to take the car out for an extended test drive on our own, which helped us get a better feel for the vehicle before deciding to buy. They also handled the drop-off and pick-up of the car at our independent mechanic for an inspection prior to the purchase. Our mechanic said the car was in great shape, and we finalized the sale that week. More
