No pressure, professional, customer service I’ve been to Patrick Subaru 3 times in the last few months. I’ve test driven a number of cars there -all of which I really liked. I worked with Al every time and he was professional, knowledgeable, kind, pleasant, no pressure, and clearly an experienced car guy. I told him I would be back when I was ready to buy because of his approach. I just picked up my Subaru Impreza from Al this evening and I’m thrilled. I have purchased 7 cars in my life. This dealership is quite the hike from my house (~1.5 hours) but I am always happy to make the journey because Patrick Subaru always treats me right! Al is fantastic to work with -- I know that he truly cares about all of his customers. Both purchases have been painless and he has always worked with me remotely on the deal so that I only would have to come visit the dealer to take delivery. I like that Al checked in with me over the life of my 2016 Crostrek, and when I was ready to turn that lease in for a 2019 Forester Sport he was right there to help me with that purchase. Patrick Subaru goes above and beyond to offer fantastic customer service, fair prices, and a painless sales process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Massachusetts looking for a Subaru. More

They’ll take as much time working with you as you need, but will move everything as quickly as you need as well. You won’t be there for hours, like most dealerships, unless that’s what you need. I’ve gotten three cars working with Al Pagliarulo and it’s always been a pleasure. He knows his business well and he’s good at understanding what you’re looking for. I highly recommend him. That said, every time we’ve walked in there, we’ve always had other very personable people immediately ask if they can help us. So I’m betting any of their sales people are great. Even once your purchase is made, they will check in with you to make sure you’re happy. Al is always quickly responsive if you have any questions. Great people, great customer service. Even though I live over an hour from the dealership, their customer service and focus to attention and my concerns, regarding both the type of model and the financial negotiations, I was treated with respect and honesty. My sales associate was Al Pagliarulo who spent several hours where I didn't walk away as though I was just another customer. And although I understand he is responsible to Patrick as an employee, I also felt Al was upfront and worked with me ton both agree on the wonderful vehicle I purchased. Susan would also provide her comments that helped my fiancé and I to want to conduct our business with Patrick Subaru.
