Al and Rob worked very hard to find a vehicle that suited my needs. They kept searching until I found just the right vehicle. There was no pressure at all, and didn't play games when it came to getting a good price on the car. When I came to pick up the car, it was a quick and easy process, the paperwork was ready for me and again, there was no pressure when we were reviewing warranty options. My husband and I both felt that this was the least stressful and easiest vehicle purchase we've ever had. Will definitely go back when it's time for another car. Also, communication was excellent. Al readily answered my emails and phone calls. More

My monthly payment I just renewed my car lease with Patrick Subaru, I was able to trade in my 2016 Subaru Impreza 6 months early without an up charge. My monthly payments stayed the same when I received my 2018 Subaru Impreza 5 door. My overall, experience with my sales rep Al Pagliarulo exceeded my expectations. I was originally supposed to meet with Jeff Moberg, they called me to come in early to go over my lease. They set up an appointment with Jeff Moberg at 4pm on a Friday. When I entered, it took 8 minutes for someone who worked there to even say anything to me. I asked for Jeff, but he couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He threw me off to Al Pagliarulo, who was happy to assist. From the moment I met Al he was so helpful. He gave me his cell phone # for me to contact him with any questions before/after I received my new car. He sent me a little video the day my starter was installed and sent updates. I have been really happy so far with my new car, I have had a few hiccups along the way. I could not get my starter to work since it was different than my last. I texted Al and he was able to help within seconds. I make payments through JP Morgan Chase, my account looked wrong. I called and they said that I still owed 6 more payments. I called Al after hours when I noticed the change, he explained what might have happened on their side and to wait a week. I just re-checked today and all payments have cleared. Overall, this was the best service that I have received thus far. I moved to Nashua NH and there is a Subaru dealership within ten minutes from my house. Due to Al's customer service I drive 40+ minutes to go directly to Patrick Subaru. I would recommend leasing/buying from Patrick Subaru, and make sure to ask for Al! More
