Sad and disappointing experience! Will not buy again here. We continue to have brake issues that they say are fine. Our warranty contract was never sent to the company. Multiple service calls and continue to have issues! I will never buy from this dealership again. More

I had a great experience at Patrick Subaru. My first time buying a car through a dealership/ anything over $5,000. I stopped by Patrick on a Sunday, not expecting them to be open. What dealership is open on buying a car through a dealership/ anything over $5,000. I stopped by Patrick on a Sunday, not expecting them to be open. What dealership is open on a sunday?! Huge convenience as I work most weekdays/Saturdays. As I was walking around, Al Pagliarulo came out with a very friendly approach looking to help me out. I told him what I was looking for, and from there he invited me inside so he could look through the database to see if they had what I was looking for. They didn't have exactly what I had in mind, but only better! I had been approved at my bank for a loan that wasn't going to help me much. Al was confident that I could do better through them, and he was right. I was originally looking for a car with around 70-90,000 miles and the price range of $11-13,000. He showed me some numbers that I couldn't refuse to try for approval. I ended up with the EXACT car I wanted (Newport Blue Impreza 5 door) with lower miles (50,000), newer year (2010), less interest rate than my bank approval, and also ended up with the ideal monthly payment in the end (with a 5yr/ up to 100,000 mile warrantee). Once all went through with the bank on Monday, Al contacted me and said that we were all set and the car would be ready next morning for signing/pick up. I was afraid that when I went in to sign for the car, there would be some kind of change or bad news. Either with payments, interest rate, approval etc. At that moment, I texted Al and he set my mind at ease, stating nothing had changed. Phew! I guess I was expecting a nightmare, but that never happened. On Tuesday morning, I went in, and signed my paperwork with Rob Bernier. Rob was a huge help too. He explained to me my options for warrantee, and giving his advice for what would be best for me. Overall, this was a great experience and hope to deal with these guys when I buy my next car. I will happily refer them to my friends and family. More

Walked into Patrick subaru on Saturday not knowing if i'd even qualify credit wise for a new car. Al met us at the door with a big smile and allowed us to go for a test drive in the Crosstrek. once we go i'd even qualify credit wise for a new car. Al met us at the door with a big smile and allowed us to go for a test drive in the Crosstrek. once we got back we talked numbers and he was not only able to get the price to where i needed it but also was able to get me an even better car than i expected. We were in and out within 2 hours not feeling pressured or used. Came back today(tuesday) to finish our paper work and pick up the new car. Once again we were greated by Al and then met Rob to do the paperwork. Both of them were very truthful and very knowledgable with the vehicle. Not only were they interested in selling us the car they were very interested in getting to know us personally which i really l knowing ill be able to walk into to the dealership and be very welcomed. I honestly cannot wait to hear someone talk about buying a new car just so i can recommend Patrick Subaru because of the amazing experience i had with Al and Rob. More

I had visited Honda, Nissan, and another Subaru dealer, and was tired of all the slick sales talk. Also sick of the lousy trade-in offers on my Honda. Being a woman purchasing a car I felt they thought I would believe whatever I was told. But I had done my homework, so I walked out of those dealers, and decided to give Patrick Motors a try. What a difference. Al was straightforward and helpful, no high pressure tactics. I got a very fair price on my new 2014 Forester, and a very fair trade-in on my Honda. When I picked up my new car he spent 2 hours with me, going over every detail, and showing me the service department, and also called me the next day to check that all was OK. Overall, it was a very good experience. More

This was my second experience with Patrick Subaru, last year i bought my wife a gently used 2010 Legacy, Steve Rivo. was instrumental in my decision to purchase here, he gave me what i was looking for as f year i bought my wife a gently used 2010 Legacy, Steve Rivo. was instrumental in my decision to purchase here, he gave me what i was looking for as far as my trade went, and the right price for the car. It is a no pressure atmosphere that i appreciated. This year i decided that it was time for me to get into an all wheel drive vehicle because of my commute in the winter, i was not interested in a truck because for me it would be overkill and i am not interested in visiting the gas station and crying every time i filled the tank, i also dislike SUVs so i was interested in the Impreza WRX. This time i decided that i would try a more local dealer so i didn't have to drive quite as far, so without mentioning any names i stopped at L**g Subaru in Webster, what a mistake, i'm not here to bash anybody, but i also relay truth, anyhow, i stopped in and inquired about a WRX that was on the lot, and was met by a nice salesman(name slips my mind), he seemed very interested in helping me out, his manager dude test drove my trade which was a extremely well maintained, every service documented, adult owned, never beat, 07 Civic SI. When the manager guy was done his figures, he wasn't where i wanted to be with it, he missed my goal by 500$, and when i said i wanted a rear spoiler thrown in, he looked at me like i just killed his dog, he was not personable at all, thats when i said CYA! An hour later i was at Patrick Subaru, same laid back atmosphere as last year, i once again met with Steve Rivo. and Al Pagllarulo, they were helpful in finding me the car i wanted(with a spoiler already on it), and when it came to my trade they were right where i needed to be, i also traded my 01 Grand am GT, they actually gave me a very fair price sight unseen. I test drove the 2013 WRX, and 1 hour later it was mine, i picked it up the next day and drove away a happy customer. i would totally recommend Patrick Subaru to anyone thinking of buying one. i cannot predict the future, but if my next car(s) are Subarus, i know exactly where to go!! More

Over the years my husband and I have bought many vehicles. That means we have dealt with many sales folks. These brands include Lexus, Toyota, Dodge, VW, Chevy, and so on. We always knew Subaru was a good car but never took the time to test drive one. We were coming out of a lease on a large Toyota Van and needed to make a decision. We tried Volvo, Mercedes, BMW to name a few. I then decided to at least try a Subaru. Well, here we are the proud owners of a 2014 Subaru Forester Touring. I LOVE IT!. It has everything I wanted plus more. My two requirements were leather seats and all wheel drive, then my husband has few more..veh color, leather color, and such. Our sales person, Al Pagliarulo was awesome. He was calm, patient, listened to what we wanted, and best of all I felt like I had his full attention. Even though he had another customer coming to pick up their new Subaru, he juggled us both very nicely. I would and will recommend Al to my friends and family. He personally searched for the vehicle we wanted, drove it back from NH, and made sure we got a good deal. Another important point which has frustrated me in the past is getting shuffled from sales person to "sales manager" and feeling very pressured. None of that at Patrick’s with Al. Having bought 2 Subarus before, and loving them, we decided to buy another. While having our Forester serviced, I went downstairs to look at the new cars. At that time, a salesman named Al Pagliarulo decided to buy another. While having our Forester serviced, I went downstairs to look at the new cars. At that time, a salesman named Al Pagliarulo introduced himself and asked if he could help me in any way. I explained that we would be needing a new car soon as we wanted to give our 2004 Forester to our younger two kids to drive. (We gave our other Forester to our oldest daughter.) Al was so very knowledgeable about the various Subaru models and the options available. He was nice and not at all pushy (which I've experienced with salesmen before) and best of all he wasn't condescending to me. Sadly, I have found that car salesmen can often be like that with women. We agreed on a price, and my husband and I picked up the car last night. It's gorgeous, and Al spent quite a long time explaining all the technology to use. The last time we bought a car, it wasn't a Subaru (what a mistake that was!), and the salesman handed me the manual and told me to enjoy the car. However, with Al, we got real personalized attention, and he shared his enthusiasm for what great cars Subarus are. I can honestly say that this was the best car shopping experience we've ever had. That's 3 cars purchased at Patrick Subaru, and the next one with be purchased there as well. More

I bought out of state from Vermont, very easy to get in tough with to negotiate and handle plates, registration, etc. Al is about as nice as they come.
