After everything I went through, I can honestly say that I am beyond grateful to everyone at Taverna Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My claim with a third-party extended vehicle warranty provider was ultimately I am beyond grateful to everyone at Taverna Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My claim with a third-party extended vehicle warranty provider was ultimately denied after my vehicle remained at the dealership for approximately three months. It was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had as a vehicle owner. There were many moments when I wasn’t sure how things were going to work out, and I truly felt overwhelmed by the entire situation. Despite the warranty denial, Taverna stepped up in a way they were never obligated to. They approved a goodwill engine repair and completely changed the outcome of what had become an incredibly difficult experience. That act of kindness and commitment to their customer is something I will never forget. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to General Manager Al, Service Director John, and the entire service team. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly review my situation, and work tirelessly to find a solution. Throughout the process, they treated me with professionalism, compassion, honesty, and genuine care. At no point did I ever feel like just another customer they made me feel heard and valued. Not only did they replace my engine, but they also provided me with a rental vehicle and made sure I wasn’t left paying those expenses out of pocket. They went above and beyond to make an incredibly stressful situation as smooth as possible, and that level of customer service is something you simply don’t see very often anymore. Words truly cannot express how thankful I am for everything this team did for me. What could have ended as a terrible experience became one that reminded me there are still businesses that genuinely care about doing the right thing. Their integrity, compassion, and willingness to stand behind a customer have earned my respect and gratitude for years to come. Because of the outstanding treatment I received, Taverna has earned a customer for life. Although your Pompano Beach location is much closer to my home, I will gladly continue servicing my vehicle there because I now have complete confidence in your organization.
