My experience purchasing a 2025 Buick Envision Avenir from Taverna has been extremely disappointing. When I raised these concerns, my salesperson accused me of lying in an email that included management. Even more frustrating has been the lack of communication and accountability. Multiple managers have failed to return calls or respond to emails, and promises of compensation and resolution remain unfulfilled despite escalating my concerns to executive leadership. I genuinely like the vehicle, but the dealership’s customer service has been unacceptable. What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into an exhausting experience. More

I would leave zero stars if that was an option. I guess I made a mistake for being an out of state purchaser. I bought a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It showed 2 open recalls on Mopars sit I guess I made a mistake for being an out of state purchaser. I bought a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It showed 2 open recalls on Mopars site. I was assured they would be corrected before shipping. Finally received my Jeep after two weeks. I drove it a total of 25 miles and the entire instrument cluster and radio went blank when the battery was at 1% and changed over to gas. A known issue with the 68c recall. A week later my Jeep is still sitting at a local Jeep dealership having the recall done correctly. I asked repeatedly for the full diagnostic report for the recall and never received anything from the service department or the general manager. I will be filing complaints with NHTSA, Stellantis, The Florida highway safety and motor vehicles, and The Florida Attorney General for shipping a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. Please use caution if you are thinking of purchasing from this dealership. More

They put immense pressu Giovanni" My experience with salesmen Arturo and Giovanni at Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat was an absolute nightmare. They put immense pressure on me to close the deal at the end of the month, promising that the car would be repaired and ready in 48 hours. A week later, the car hadn't moved an inch, and they lied to me over the phone every single day, saying "it will be ready tomorrow." Due to this lack of respect, I canceled the sale. That's when the ordeal got even worse: Arturo gave me the runaround, lying about the availability of my refund and deliberately blocking my money. In total, this required about 6 useless trips to the dealership and endless hours of waiting for nothing. This is by far the worst customer experience of my life. This duo is absolutely dishonest. Their only goal is to take your money to make their monthly numbers; they do not care about your satisfaction or making you happy as a customer. Fortunately, the situation was resolved at the top. I went back one last time to bypass the salesmen and meet directly with the General Manager. He is a very fair and professional man who immediately took control of the situation and handed me my check in just 10 minutes. A big thank you to the General Manager for his quick response. As for Arturo and Giovanni: avoid them at all costs. More
