WOW - So pleasently surpried with the Lease price on the Wrangler 4Xe. Thought I would be in the $600 Sign and Drive, much less. Love the Jeep and the cool attitude of the folks at the dealership. I turned in my lease (also a Wrangler) and the guy who does the lease returns (grounding, I think is it is called) is so nice and friendly. Took care of everything for me. My daughter bought her first vehicle there and the experience was horrible. Every step of the process was poorly handled. At one point I told her to cancel the order, if they are not reliable now, how experience was horrible. Every step of the process was poorly handled. When she finally received her jeep, they didn’t bring her tags so she could not drive it. We would never recommend this dealership. More

I bought a Jeep Renegade for my wife to be shipped to us. This is something we have done plenty of times in the past so we know how this whole process is supposed to work. The vehicle itself had some minor dings on it but otherwise everything seemed to check out in the videos they sent over. They kept talking about their "150 point vehicle inspection" aswell. This vehicle was clearly in a rear end collision at some point which was not disclosed to us. It is missing a tow hook, has no license plate lamps on a factory bumper?, and no tow hitch. On top of that we paid them asking price for the truck and included shipping etc. They refused to ship the vehicle. It took me 45 d40 something days to get the truck in my possession. I paid them to register it in California which they did not do, they took out the fitted plastic all weather matts from the backs eats and put in the cheap cloth ones. I was assured that I would recieve a refund of $1000 for the amount of time I spent waiting for the truck, arranging the shipping for them even though I paid them to do it. It was by far the worst dealer experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot of new and used cars over the years. More

Don’t waste your time at this dealership they are terrible, they do not care about their customers, they will sell you a car that is so call serviced. When they deliver the car it will be broken down terrible, they do not care about their customers, they will sell you a car that is so call serviced. When they deliver the car it will be broken down on you. Zip tied everywhere,no oil, broken mufflers, bad axles, water dripping inside the car when it’s raining. They will not answer calls and emails after sales. Do not get their warranty it’s their own service department. They will not fix anything and they will not give you a receipt of what they did in the car. More
