When the decision was made to purchase from Hoffman, Tom treated us like family - giving us the very best price he could, which was damn good! In the Finance department Al Ramos was fantastic as well. He was clear, patient, and provided recomemndations based on our specific case. Again, the best Finance guy at a dealership in decades. Based on these initial interactions with Hoffman, I can only expect the very best when my Lexus comes in for service. Tom and Al - you guys ROCK! More
