Sales staff was professional and courteous. Was happy with transaction but the extended warranty, we paid for through the finance manager does not seem to exist. Bait and switch, completely wasted my day. Look at the reviews this a common tactic from this dealership! I agreed paying listed price, plus 'dealer fees' I asked about specific trade in value and remo reviews this a common tactic from this dealership! I agreed paying listed price, plus 'dealer fees' I asked about specific trade in value and removal of some additional dealer fees. I was told over and over again that they would take care of me since I was driving from almost 3 hours away, but in fact they wanted to give me less for my trade in than my local Acura dealer. After telling Al Shalaby that I won't take less than the local Acura dealer (14K) for my trade in, he said that OK we can move forward with 15K trade in value, then after being at the dealership for 4 hours they show me the final paperwork with 13K for trade in value! I had also requested additional dealer fees to be waved. They had 599 dealer fee, and a around 2500 "advantage fee" which I would not pay. The documentation fees, and tag fees etc are also very high. If you go there expect to pay 4-5K in additional hidden fees, plus your taxes from this unethical dealership. 2-4K more than agreed upon may not be a huge amount, but I won't deal with unethical people. More

I called to buy a 2017 Porsche 911 for $75k. After running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I sti running my credit and then multiple days of them promising they will call me back with the deal, usually promising to call back within an hour, I still haven't gotten one call from them. Not even a call to say if the deal work. I have called and called, and been promised a call back over and over. I even got put on hold when I called at 7:55pm, for 5 minutes then I was hung up on and could not call back because they knew their phones shut off at 8pm. They also continuously would tell me that it's too busy in the store to talk with me. I tried again this morning and TWICE Inwas told ainwas being sent over to a manager waiting to talk. Both times i was hung up on or got a voice-mail. Too busy to talk with someone trying to spend 75k? Unbelievable that ANY business would treat a customer this way. If I could leave zero stars I would. Stay away. More
