Absolutely terrible. The finance guy couldn't be bother. I was in the waiting area for over 2 hours, will he a a coworker were complaining about the hour. Bought a used car , cash and only got 1 key. Spoke with Chris the used car manager before arriving to dealership. He made sure to make me feel comfortable enough to come in from Naples, they had the vehicles I called in for ready and also let me know dealership.
