Al Stoll made sure we ended up with the vehicle that was right for us. He patiently addressed all of our questions and concerns. A big note of appreciation to Mike Gargano for his assistance. Mike also listened to our questions and concerns, and provided an option that was perfect for us. We also met Erik Swanson, from BMW service. Erik graciously gave us a tour of the maintenance facilities, and provided us with insight to the Service Department. I usually don’t due surveys. That said, this experience was so positive, it was worth noting. We definitely plan on being return customers. More

They really went above and beyond to accomodate me, answer any questions I had about the car and help me in regards to my financing. Mike is a prime example of what a good leader looks like. Being the sales manager he was very proactive in assiting his sales employee show us the vehicle and helping us transition over into our new purchase. Al our sales consultant was very knowledgeable and personable, not one time did I feel like he was using at sort or sterotypical sales guy tatics on us. He was honest and upfront and more than accomodating. He even stayed past closing to ensure that we were all set up and ready to go in our new vehicle. When it came to financing we came across some hicups with the company we choose finance through. That is when superhero Ryan stepped in to get me on the vehicle that I have been wanting for so long now. He really went above and beyond!! I cannot thank you all enough and I will be sure to be back here in a few years when I purchase my next vehicle. I would highley recommend this dealership to all! More
