I reached out initially while I was browsing/researching a 3rd row SUV. Aladdin took the time to show me the vehicle I was interested in, even though I told him up front that I would not be purchasing for a a 3rd row SUV. At other dealerships, this fact alone immediately moved me to the back burner, and I was not a priority.
