As soon as I walked into Subaru of Pines, I was greeted by the friendliest staff ever. I was then introduced to a salesman named Alain. Alain was very patient with us, took us to test drive different cars until I found the one that I finally fell in love with. He was very attentive to details and asked me specifically about everything that I would want in my new car and carefully selected the best car that fits my interest. Not for 1 second did he push me to make any decision to do anything. He let me take my time then I went home and thought about it and came back 2 days later and finally purchased the car that I wanted! The process went smoothly and the finance team was competent, patient and provided great service. Overall, what really enticed me to make the decision to buy my Subaru was the level of unmatched customer service that I received from this top notch team!
