The way it should be done My wife took her 2013 SRX in for service and I have a 2015 SRX. I decided off the cuff to stop in and check out the new XT series. I had been looking My wife took her 2013 SRX in for service and I have a 2015 SRX. I decided off the cuff to stop in and check out the new XT series. I had been looking into some use Escalade but when i saw the XT6 i knew it was what i wanted. Murray who has been my service guy for years (and they are great at service) introduced me to Alan Berkowitz and it was a deal in maybe an hour. We were going to trade in my wifes 2013 and Chris Atkins came in and made a great offer, but we decided to give it to a relative instead. My time in finance was faster then ever with no pressure just explaining a couple maintenance options. Alan spent 30 minutes or so showing me all the new gadgets in the XT6 and i was on my way. I have received a couple follow up emails and phones calls from Alan making sure all is good. This is by far the best dealership i have worked with over my 46 years of driving and buying over 20 vehicles and i will stick with them. thanks guys for doing it right. More
