Ed Mors We have been driving Cadillacs for decades, and we were steady customers at Paul Conte in Freeport, NY until we relocated to Florida in 2012. Ed Morse was clearly the most convenient dealership, and we quickly learned that they are great in all aspects. We have bought, leased and traded in several vehicles, and we have always been impressed with their professionalism in both sales and service. Although our cars have rarely needed service beyond ordinary maintenance and upkeep, every visit is easy and successful. We recently leased a 2019 XTS and were delighted with the efficiency and thoroughness of our experience, thanks to salesperson Alan Berkowitz and business manager Jeff Stewart. Alan answered every question and took care of everything that we needed on the spot. He is friendly, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, Jeff is efficient and goes through every piece of paper clearly and carefully. The sales manager, Chris Atkins, came into the office and made us very comfortable in reaching the final deal. It was amazing how many documents had to be signed, Mr Walker was very helpful and did a great job expediting the process. Then came the delivery of the vehicle. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable about all the systems and was very helpful and patient in explaining how everything worked. The day after we took delivery of the vehicle, we received a call from Mr. Berkowitz making sure that we were happy and offered us any assistance that we may need with the operation of the vehicle. He answered all of our questions, calmed my nerves, took us on as many test drives as I needed, and had his manager Chris with us along every step as well. AN EASY EXPERIENCE Had visited another location of this dealer (Bayview) but they had sold the vehicle I was interested in. Was in the Delay area and stopped to see if they had something that I might want. After walking around the lot I met the Sales Consultant, Alan Berkowitz who made a effort to come out to the lot to greet me and see if he could help. That impressed me. Alan listened to what I was looking for and showed me a vehicle that had just come in off lease that was in the back lot. Wasn't the color I was looking for, but it was a nice car, in good condition and was in my budget range. I'm retired and own 4 other vehicles so I wasn't looking for something that I was going to drive all the time. Alan worked with me on my trade and we didn't have to "dance" too much to make the deal. Delivery and payment was painless. Very nice experience. I've had worse! More

Great experience I was concerned about dealing with a large "chain" dealership especially when looking for a used car. Ed Morse Cadillac had a vehicle I was interested I was concerned about dealing with a large "chain" dealership especially when looking for a used car. Ed Morse Cadillac had a vehicle I was interested in. Upon arriving at the dealership I was allowed to look over the used inventory without being bombarded my salesmen. When I asked about the car I was interested in I was introduced to Alan Berkowitz. Alan could not have been more pleasant and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We took the vehicle for a test drive, there was no pressure just pleasant conversation. I advised Alan that I had other cars to look at and that I would contact him later. There was no pressure to buy at that moment. I later emailed Alan to discuss pricing, we traded emails and agreed to a price pending a longer test drive. The test drive was good and we bought the car. I was impressed with Alan and the entire staff at Ed Morse! More

We were looking for a specific model color etc. they searched and found the car we wanted, they brought it in and then a problem developed with the car. They informed us, worked with us to find an alternative, and went way beyond our expectations in making sure we got what we wanted and had a great experience despite some setbacks. I would never go to any other dealer for a Cadilac. Ed Morse is head and shoulders better in every way from our sales Person Alan Berkowitz, to the sales manager Chris Atkins to the money person Chris Wallace. All these people were patient, kind and patient with us. They went way beyond our expectations in making us happy customers and we are more than satisfied with our experience in purchasing a New XT4. As part of the process we met the service manager and his ace Marty Michaels, who was Incredibly helpful kind courteous and knowledgable. Alan Berkowitz went far beyond the ordinary to make this a smooth transaction including dealing with my insurance agent, obtaining lease information on my other car, ensuring I had all the benefits I was entitled to including a Costco benefit I did not realize I qualified for. I was introduced to the service manager and the lease financing was arranged and was very easy. A-1 experience. More
