My credit is not so good and found out there was a lien on my car. Let me say that Alan Berkowitz in Sales, Jeff in Finance and Marty Michaels in service are the most honest and helpful people I have ever met, they will go above and beyond to get you into a car that is right for you, I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. The sales manager, Chris Atkins, came into the office and made us very comfortable in reaching the final deal. It was amazing how many documents had to be signed, Mr Walker was very helpful and did a great job expediting the process. Then came the delivery of the vehicle. After walking around the lot I met the Sales Consultant, Alan Berkowitz who made a effort to come out to the lot to greet me and see if he could help. That impressed me. Alan listened to what I was looking for and showed me a vehicle that had just come in off lease that was in the back lot. Wasn't the color I was looking for, but it was a nice car, in good condition and was in my budget range. I'm retired and own 4 other vehicles so I wasn't looking for something that I was going to drive all the time. Alan worked with me on my trade and we didn't have to "dance" too much to make the deal. Delivery and payment was painless. Very nice experience. I've had worse! More
