That being said, Jarod was so very clear in explaining the entire process to my son, I really didn't need to be there. I have met many salespeople in my life, many very good but I have never met anyone in sales with as much genuine passion for assisting others as Jarod has. I also want to mention how great Alan, in finance, was. He worked very hard to make sure my son was able to get reasonable financing in no time at all. This experience with Jarod and Alan, has restored my trust and confidence when buying a used vehicle.
