The service was outstanding and they weren’t pushy. What was funny was it was quick which didn’t give me my quiet time I was looking forward to. This was probably the best service that I've ever had. I got my safety recall in the mail they got me in they kept me updated through text messages to let me know what was going on I had the option to cli I got my safety recall in the mail they got me in they kept me updated through text messages to let me know what was going on I had the option to click on a link to track the status of my vehicle they had the shuttle come and pick me up hands down probably one of the best Services ever in Madison County More

Shottenkirk Acura Service Department is the best car service center I ever been too and is the reason I purchased another Acura! I am new to Huntsville and needed my 2011 Acura to be serviced after driving across country to move here. What I found was a very professional staff that went out of their way to make me feel welcome and serviced after driving across country to move here. What I found was a very professional staff that went out of their way to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Nate was so helpful in scheduling an appointment for service and locating my fob that I left behind, and Alan made sure my car issues were covered under my warranty, and he patiently explained what to expect as far as ordering parts. Kohler, the GM, made sure I had a loaner car for a few days so I could get to work easily while my car was serviced. I also left a few items there unknowingly, and everyone helped look for them, and the receptionists kindly saved them for me until the next day. While I was leaving, the sales staff gave me directions to my destination, and I ended up getting my car detailed there, and they did an excellent job! It almost looks brand new! You could say everyone just did their jobs, but their professionalism, kindness, and welcoming spirit has made want to go back for future service and sales. More
