Ford should stand behind defective parts. Vehicle has been driven 15months. Seems pretty early for it to fall apart repair cost was excessive. He was very accommodating and made the process easy. All of the employees from Alan to the finance people to Justin, the manager, were friendly and helpful. I'd also like to point out that Alan has called a few times after the sale to see how we liked the pickup. And they have followed up on ordering some side steps and setting up an appointment for a bed liner. This was a good experience in buying a vehicle, and we would definitely recommend Alan and Corwin! Worth the drive! I was referred to Corwin and Alan by a good friend of mine. It was a drive from the West side of WA, but well worth the effort.
