We just purchased a new truck for our quickly growing excavation company. Additionally having served in the United States Marine Corps makes me a very tough judge of character and service to others with very high standards. At Corwin Ford of Tri Cities our salesman Dylan, his co worker Will, their Business Manger Kurt and their entire team met and certainly exceeded those standards and our expectations of a dealership. We already have a plan to purchase another truck in the next two years and will certainly be shopping here before we go anywhere else. More

I listed my parents truck for sale online and one of Corwin’s buying team members reached out to me with a very fair offer. I drove to the dealership and one of the managers took our truck for a ride and inspected it. Within one hour, we had signed papers and my mom was handed a check. No tricks, no putting down the vehicle, or manipulating my parents, no pressure to buy a vehicle, just friendly employees keeping us comfortable on a hot summer day and getting us on our way home as quickly as possible. I will definitely be shopping for my next vehicle at Corwin. More

Great Experiance, friendly, prompt and professional service. We found a F-150 on line available at the dealership, made a call and set up appointment, done. Very professional. The truck we saw on-line was not to our preference upon view, and they promptly found another in inventory that actually exceeded what we were looking for in a used truck with low miles and great pricing. They had just received the truck and needed to run through their shop in order to certify for warranty, and we picked up the following Tuesday. They were upfront with what they needed to and we walked away satisfied with the purchase. We would have loved to have walked away the same day, but appreciate the care they took into seeing that the truck would pass inspection and send us out the door in a quality vehicle. We came to shop with prequalified financing, and they respected our approach, and gave us space, with no hard sales pitch. I would do it again, and I will when the time come. Thanks More
