Poor service Oblivious to customer concerns. They do not listen or write down concerns. They can’t get things fixed the first time. There answer to repairing a pro Oblivious to customer concerns. None of the service writers work as a team so if you have an issue and your service writer isn’t there the ones that are shrug there shoulders and ignore you. Worst experience I’ve ever had. More
