Alan offered extremely good customer service as well as advocated for me throughout the whole sales process. Instead of making this a stressful process, I felt like I was working towards a common goal with Alan and the Ed Martin team. This was a very enjoyable process and in addition to the kindness of the team, they got me in and out of there in about an hour and 30 minutes, test drive included. We moved very fast and they were very respectful of my time and all of my concerns. I can truly say that Alan has put me in my dream car and I wouldn't have had this process go any other way. More
