Alan was wonderful for our car buying experience at Findlay! He was patient and thorough with all of our questions and deliberating. He actually showed us a vehicle that was $20k less than the one we were interested in just to make sure our needs would be met. He is clearly not motivated by dollars alone. He was genuinely fun to be around during what can often be a stressful experience of trading vehicles. Alan shared so much wisdom and knowledge to make our experience feel comfortable and complete. I didn’t have a single question by the end. He was fair and clear in pricing and we were not kept waiting for numbers. He even followed up the next day to make sure we didn’t need any more help. We definitely recommend Alan as confidently as he was recommended to us! More
