He spent the time explaining the unique features of the vehicle and doing all he needed to answer our questions before we made the trip to see the 2018 Ford Expedition Max. His straight-forward and kind approach gave us confidence that what we would see when we got there would match what he was saying. And, it did. We ran into a small problem during the test drive, and he worked with us to figure out the concern and ensure that it would not be a chronic issue. The buying experience was painless, as best as they can be considering all the papers that need to be reviewed and signed. We were given the option to purchase other products like extended warranties, Ziebart protection, tire protection, etc. with the true feeling that these were options to consider but not a hard sell to buy if it didn't make sense to us. We enjoyed the experience and recommend Alan and the team at Inskeep to others. More
