We had been searching everywhere for a Nissan Murano we had in mind, but just couldn't seem to find the right vehicle, dealership, or salesperson. At the tail end, when we had to make a decision, we happened to discover a Ford Edge online. We made the drive which was a bit of a trip to Inskeep, because the saleperson was so accommodating over the phone. We could not have been happier with our experience. We worked with Alan King, and he was phenomenal. He is confident and yet he allowed us all the time we needed to make our own assessment of the vehicle. We bought a certified pre-owned car, so Alan made sure everything was taken care of to the highest degree before our purchase was final. We dealt with other staff during the purchase and everyone was friendly and helpful. It has been a wonderful year! We love our Ford. We are thankful so often for the honesty, integrity, and wonderful service we enjoyed at Inskeep. We know that when we are looking for that next car, Inskeep is the first that comes to mind. Being helped by Alan in a time of need. Two days before Christmas my only son Anthony brought his car to me and said he had a coolant leak. After I inspected the vehicle it was determined to Two days before Christmas my only son Anthony brought his car to me and said he had a coolant leak. After I inspected the vehicle it was determined to have a blown head gasket causing oil to enter the cooling system and coolant to enter the oil. The car had over 275,000 miles. I knew we had to look for a new or new used car for him. I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus new from Inskeep Ford and was pleased with my purchase so we headed there. It was almost closing time but Alan King helped us through it all, staying late and solved all our problems. I had to cosign but my son Anthony purchased a used 2012 Chrysler 200. I just want to thank Alan King, and Mark Windler and all the folks at Inskeep for getting Dad out of a bind. We drove the car home that night. Thank you so much. Sincerely Michael A.
