I was referred by a friend who had suggested Alan Kirsch. I called Alan the day before I wanted to come in; as I was off work that particular day. He asked me what I was looking to spend; how much I was willing to put down and what type of car I was looking for. My experience began when I called the dealership to inquire about an 04 S60R. Alan Kirsch answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to drive an hour to see this vehicle and i inquire about an 04 S60R. Alan Kirsch answered the phone and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to drive an hour to see this vehicle and it was well worth the drive. Alan sent me out on a test drive and was great the entire time. He was not too pushy and didn't assume anything about me. This was a relief because I had been dealing with pushy salesmen all day that assumed I wasn't serious because I was in jeans and a sweatshirt. The car was in great shape and was well maintained by the dealership. The car was listed online on the expensive side but Alan worked out a fair deal in the end and even took care of a minor cosmetic blemish in the body shop. I am in sales myself and I can tell a true professional when I see one. I would recommend Alan and Keystone Volvo to anyone. JOB WELL DONE. More

His pricing was extremely fair, and I was more than satisfied with the deal. The financing and paperwork were handled in a professional and efficient manner. The car was delivered when promised. My experience with Alan and the dealership is that they always do what they say will. I've sent a lot of friends and family to the dealership and they've all been happy. The service department at Keystone is great and I've had no issues with my previous 2 Volvos. Because of Alan and the level of service at Keystone, I will always return here if I am in market for a Volvo. More
