Very courteous young man who made me feel welcome without high pressure sales tactics. I have walked out on salesmen who gave me the impression that "my business was not important". He could have easily looked at me and stereotyped me as someone who might be not be serious or difficult to work with but he treated me with respect and I felt good when I left the dealership. As a former manager I can tell that he's going to be a star. Sarah kept me engaged while she completed the numerous forms and final paperwork. Never sat down with someone in Finance and left with a good feeling. Great team! More
