He could have easily looked at me and stereotyped me as someone who might be not be serious or difficult to work with but he treated me with respect and I felt good when I left the dealership. As a former manager I can tell that he's going to be a star. Sarah kept me engaged while she completed the numerous forms and final paperwork. Never sat down with someone in Finance and left with a good feeling. Great team! More
