Outstanding sales AND service department. Carlos helped me find exactly what I was looking for and without any sales pressure. There was a whole team approach to make sure everything was ready to go off the lot. Carlos (Sales) worked seamlessly with Red (Service) and Delonte (Concierge Service) to ensure I’m getting the most out of my purchase. By the way, I bought a used car. I was treated like I had just bought the newest top end car. The team noticed a small issue after buying the car when I returned for tags and before I left the dealership I had a call from the service department with an appointment to correct the issue. I did a lot of shopping around and I don’t think anywhere else could beat the price. Certainly the level of service can’t be beat. More

I spent a total of about 9 hours purchasing a vehicle, due to poor communication between departments and a 2 hour repair taking 4.5 hours. That’s not even counting four round trips of travel time. I feel like they pushed too hard for 5 star reviews, even offering a Mercedes travel tumble in exchange for 5 star reviews. There were flyers hanging all over promoting this. More
