Everyone with whom I have interacted has been very courteous, professional and accommodating. Although the car has had its quirks, Bluff City has bent over backwards to correct each issue. I greatly appreciate the quality of service! The only exception to their quality control? A technician left the oil dipstick sitting on the front of the engine and did not re insert it during a recent servicing. Oil mist sprayed over most of the engine. Fortunately this did not cause any engine issues. Bluff City cleaned the engine thoroughly and without cost to me. Although this unfortunate incident occurred, I cannot deduct a star due to the overall pleasant experience with Bluff City. More
