I made a 6-hour drive (12 hours round trip) to look at a truck after confirming ahead of time that there were no leaks and no significant cosmetic issues. When I arrived, the reality did not match what I was told: * The truck had oil actively dripping from it * The idle hours were extremely high, raising serious concerns about wear, yet the staff showed no knowledge or concern * Every issue I brought up was met with shrugging and no attempt to address or resolve anything * I was told it was a clean one-owner vehicle, but the Carfax showed it was actually a fleet vehicle There was no attempt to take responsibility, no effort to correct the situation, and no acknowledgment of the time I wasted based on their assurances.
