Mr. Rhode had no knowledge of the basic features for the vehicle purchased. He was very aggressive and rude. Unprofessional environment. The vehicle wasn't even properly detailed for a new owner. We highly recommend this dealership. We had a RAV 4 which was coming to the end of its lease. Alan called us because there was a great incentive to come in and get a new car and get into a new lease w which was coming to the end of its lease.
