The sales floor is just like any other dealership, with the exception of super clean restrooms. I’m pleased with the car, the engineering is good, I have serviced the vehicle and had the opportunity to see the engineering first hand. When I purchased the vehicle I thought I was getting a dressed up Escape, I was wrong. The suspension components are much heavier, the weather stripping and insulation is probably 3 times the amount that is on a Ford product. Another factor in owning this car is that the scheduled maintenance is very minimal compared to its competitors. More
