I was recently in a car accident and needed to replace my vehicle. As soon as we walked in to Arlington Toyota we were greeted by Alan Thornton, who is incredibly friendly and professional. Alan made sure to vehicle. As soon as we walked in to Arlington Toyota we were greeted by Alan Thornton, who is incredibly friendly and professional. Alan made sure to listen to what I was looking for, and ensure I found the best car for me. Went to help my daughter purchase a car. She fell in love with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. The issue I have is not with employees but the extra $1885 added to the price is not right. I know it's a dealership iss with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. The issue I have is not with employees but the extra $1885 added to the price is not right. I know it's a dealership issue. However Alan and Roger could have negotiated the price. I know if we would have waited another week the price would have lowered. A almost identical car had it's priced lowered by $1300. the next week. This dealership would be awesome if not for the extra fees. Mr Steve was awesome, thank you for your option, however my daughter will not give up car. More
