I initially spoke with Danielle regarding a vehicle listed on CarGurus. the process of buying a car for our son easy, fun, and unbelievably smooth. I initially spoke with Danielle regarding a vehicle listed on CarGurus. She pleasantly answered my preliminary questions and arranged for me to come in that evening. Alana Martin met me at the dealership and, after a test drive, explained the details regarding the vehicle’s certification, warranty options, fees and taxes, and any additional dealer products/services, as well as answering my remaining questions. Two days later, she forwarded the CarFax to me and addressed a couple of last-minute concerns. Later that day my wife and I finalized the purchase and brought the vehicle home. Alana was very professional and knowledgeable and at no point did we feel pressure to buy additional products or services that we didn’t want. She had all the necessary paperwork prepared before our final visit because we were travelling early the next morning and were pressed for time. We were also very pleasantly surprised to find a thank you gift from Phillips in front of our house the day we returned from our trip.
