I genuinely feel bad because I ended up going somewhere completely different after the sales manager came in to "seal the deal" when I stated repeatedly that I was there to look, value my trade, and wanted to return to see different models they had coming. I knew I would be buying, I wanted to use Allen because they are local, I just didn't want to buy that day....I wanted at least to see 1 different model of Chevy. The SM tried to use the shortages to get me to drop $1000 that day to 'secure both vehicles " I expressed interest in. He wouldn't take no for an answer until I had to say it for a 6th time. Truly just sour taste in my mouth. Again, Alayna....stellar. I genuinely wanted to give her my business, but my experience with that Sales Manager Danny Ruiz....I don't know when I'll be back.
