Hi I’m Alayna! I grew up in Chelsea, MI and recently moved to Monroe, MI in February of 2019. I have 3 dogs, and enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, bike riding and traveling. My favorite vacation place is Captiva, Florida. I grew up around the automotive industry and have been learning as much as I possibly can to help my customers have the best experience. Have never had an issue until this service visit. An oil change and tire rotation took just under 2 hours. I was told 45 minutes. I was late to work because of the slowness of this visit. My car was filthy when receiving it back after my first oil change with the dealership. Oil all over the steering wheel, center console, interiors door and door handle. Smelled like grease and oil.
