Very disappointed with Allen Chevrolet of Monroe. We traded in our Expedition when purchasing a Jeep and were told the dealership would remove the license plate. The plate was apparently left on t We traded in our Expedition when purchasing a Jeep and were told the dealership would remove the license plate. The plate was apparently left on the vehicle and remained registered to my husband. We have since received notices involving no proof of insurance and unpaid Detroit parking tickets tied to that vehicle and plate—putting my husband's license at risk for violations he did not commit. We went back to the dealership expecting help resolving the issue, but were given no solution and essentially told it was our problem to fix. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and customer support is extremely disappointing. If you trade in a vehicle, make absolutely sure your plate is removed and get documentation. We certainly wish we had. More

Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen Raby this salesperson was fantastic and also very honest and transparent when it came to helping me. I went to the dealership a few times just to test drive different trucks. He also helped my son who we purchased a truck together. He gave us great customer service, he was honest, had great integrity and answered any questions we had with the vehicle. He bent over backwards to make myself and son happy! The experience I had with Jasen Raby was amazing and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle is go talk to him. This was a great experience I had with him. When I signed the paperwork I also wanted to give kudos to Tyrone who was just very good and made the process in signing the paperwork smooth and no pressure to purchase anything else. He also answered any questions we had. The experience from Tyrone I would also give him a 5/5 as well. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. My experience purchasing my first vehicle with this Dealership was amazing and I would recommend Allen Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone. More

This was my first time visiting Allen Chevrolet. Everyone was more than helpful and very kind! I sent my 16 year old son in alone, to my surprise by the time I parked and walked into the dealership, Everyone was more than helpful and very kind! I sent my 16 year old son in alone, to my surprise by the time I parked and walked into the dealership, Mike was already speaking with my son. My son was treated with respect as soon as Mike met him. Not only did he sell my son a truck, he gave him financial and life advice. I never dreamed a salesman would take the time to speak with a 16 year old, but Mike did, and he was beyond great! Funny, professional, and just an awesome guy! We all met as strangers that day, but by the end of the deal Mike felt like family. Thank you Mike and Allen Chevrolet! More

Joe was really personable and worked well with trying to stay within my budget for a used car and to make sure that the car was good to go from the mechanic point of view as well.
