Hi I’m Alayna! I grew up in Chelsea, MI and recently moved to Monroe, MI in February of 2019. I have 3 dogs, and enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, bike riding and traveling. My favorite vacation place is Captiva, Florida. I grew up around the automotive industry and have been learning as much as I possibly can to help my customers have the best experience. This is the second car we have leased from Alayna in less than 12 months. Both times, she was quick to assist us and is a no nonsense type of sales person, exactly what I like. She knew what I needed and w than 12 months. Both times, she was quick to assist us and is a no nonsense type of sales person, exactly what I like. She knew what I needed and what my budget was and was able to find a new Silverado lease, even in this time of VERY slim inventory. She even arranged for an easy early turn in of our Ford, with the local Ford dealership. She even picked up us from the Ford dealer, in our new Silverado, and took us back to Allen to finish up our transaction. She is probably the most pleasant auto sales person I know. Oh, and 90% of our business was done via digial signing of docs, and/or text, and she was very detailed as to what was happening and what to expect, not like texting with a teenager! lol She has our business going forward! More
