Hi I’m Alayna! I grew up in Chelsea, MI and recently moved to Monroe, MI in February of 2019. I have 3 dogs, and enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, bike riding and traveling. My favorite vacation place is Captiva, Florida. I grew up around the automotive industry and have been learning as much as I possibly can to help my customers have the best experience. I was looking to purchase a new Silverado and Alayna was a great help in completing the process. After rescheduling with her due to my work schedule she as able to make time for me and my wife and was very a great help in completing the process. She found us the right vehicle at a fair price and went above and beyond to make sure we where happy with our choice. The dealership was clean and felt safe with all of the staff wearing there masks. I came to Allen Chevrolet from an hour away due to a bad experience with another dealership. The other dealership treated me like I was incapable of buying a Car. I left distraught and instantly called Alay experience with another dealership. The other dealership treated me like I was incapable of buying a Car. I left distraught and instantly called Alayna. I loved working with Alayna. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure to listen to everything I needed in a vehicle and got me approved for a new car instantly! 30 days after purchasing my vehicle I ran into some issues with my vehicle and Keith in the service department was wonderful and understanding. He took the time to listen to everything that was going on with my vehicle and the dealership even did everything free of charge! I would absolutely recommend Alayna and Allen Chevrolet to anyone and everyone! Wonderful staff and wonderful service. More
