Since my last post here, I visited Oxnard to see if they would pay for the damages that they caused and found by Brian! We settled on their offer to pay for the damaged front strut their worker carelessly damaged. I was ready to hit the small claims procedures when they offered to pay for the part, approximately $300.00. Again, Brian and his dealership saved us continued agony over my beautiful 2020 Rogue SL.
