We were really impressed with Albert, the salesman at Corwin. He was great at explaining and demonstrating the pros and cons of various options, patient, not pressuring, had a great sense of humor and pr Corwin. He was great at explaining and demonstrating the pros and cons of various options, patient, not pressuring, had a great sense of humor and proved to be an honest man of integrity with a servant heart. We came in to look at a specific vehicle. He was happy to show us and test drive that one. He also asked us regarding specific parameters & criteria in the vehicle of our search. After driving and discussing that vehicle we left to sleep on it and pray about it as has been our practice to avoid impulse buying. We came in a bit leery of car salesmen, who isn’t ? Well, Albert proved to be the honest man of integrity he appeared to be. He took our specifications, worked through his inventory and called us back before we had given an answer on the first vehicle. “You came in looking at a vehicle you thought might be a good deal and fit your needs,” he stated. “But before you decide on that one I think I have found something you may like better.” In checking it out we discovered it was a vehicle that fit our needs better, was less expensive and was a certified pre-owned auto (which the other car wasn’t) that designation brings with it a warranty and more security. It also had an even greater market reputation than the initial one. Albert made less but pleased us more. He stated that his # 1 commitment was to go above and beyond his customer’s expectations. In our case Albert certainly fulfilled his goal. It was nice to work with a person who you feel you can trust and comes through for you. More
