They forgot to mention that the vehicle only came with one key before we signed the contract. We assumed that a new vehicle would include two keys. Well, my husband ended up driving 1.5 hours back to the dealership to have the second key programmed, a month after we got the car, because we had to keep texting and calling to remind them that they still owed us a second key.
