They forgot to mention that the vehicle only came with one key before we signed the contract. We assumed that a new vehicle would include two keys. They told us we would have to wait for them to order one key before we signed the contract. We assumed that a new vehicle would include two keys. They told us we would have to wait for them to order a new key and that they would come to us to program it at no cost. Well, my husband ended up driving 1.5 hours back to the dealership to have the second key programmed, a month after we got the car, because we had to keep texting and calling to remind them that they still owed us a second key. Aside from that, the buying process went smoothly. We got a good deal, and we like our new SUV. They also didn't perform the final Vehicle Condition Report. More
