AL is AMAZING! I have been looking for a car for over 4 months now. I've gone through CarMax, Lakeland Toyota, Lakeland Ford, and just on the off chance I tried Jenkins Nissan. I was being given to run aro months now. I've gone through CarMax, Lakeland Toyota, Lakeland Ford, and just on the off chance I tried Jenkins Nissan. I was being given to run around treated as if my opinion didn't matter and all the other car dealerships. Al was so sweet and patient and I enjoyed that we got to a relationship that we were joking around with each other. He is very personable which really counts when my time is important because I work constantly and he was even patient waiting for me to do some of my online work while in between paperwork. I took many of his cards and will recommend him and Jenkins Nissan to other people. I process about 700 students a year as an online teacher and talk to many parents uncles and grandparents and new coming up drivers. Jen Brenes More

River of Lies We initially went to Jenkins Nissan on 4/24/20. My husband works in law enforcement and I am a Registered Nurse. We work very long hours and have a gr We initially went to Jenkins Nissan on 4/24/20. My husband works in law enforcement and I am a Registered Nurse. We work very long hours and have a growing family, we thought why not buy a suv ?. I made an appointment..my husband, my father and myself went to the dealership and spent hours there looking through the Nissan Rogues..we couldn’t agree on the monthly price so Al Miller the salesman said he will keep looking and call me if he finds something. On 4/25 in the morning, I got a call from Al Miller he said he found a rogue on his sister sites lot and would have it sent over. I had just had an outpatient surgery procedure but decided to accompany my husband and father to the dealership. Once we get there we are informed by Al that the car had no accidents but had some cosmetic damage on the front.. it was told to us that the car was certified pre owned, we agreed on the car on the conditions that we would get a front cover for the car to hide the damaged area until we can get it fixed and that we needed the second pair of keys. Al told us no problem, on the we owe you sheet I saw that he put the cover for the car but didn’t put the second pair of keys. I asked him about this and he gave me his business card with the words “second pair of keys” and his initials on it. The finance manager put second pair of keys on our closing packet as well. 2 weeks go by we get a call from Al saying the 2 items have not come in yet. 1 week later my father called Al to see where the items are and he says I have the key I’m just waiting on the front cover so we can do everything together. 1.5 weeks later I called and they said he wasn’t at work because his kid was sick but he would call me first thing in the morning..well the call never happened. After a few more days of ducking our phone calls we decided on 6/6 to go up their. Boy, the lies of this dealership could fill a river. When we asked to speak with a manger, we were told we could not and had to deal with Al, then we said nope we want the manger, we were told he was coming, Al then proceeds to drop the ball and say to us a second pair of keys are not owed to us because the car is not a certified pre owned vehicle and it had only been through the process. He proceeded to tell us the key would be over $300 and he couldn’t just give us a key. “If it was too expensive we could go to carId, eBay to find a key and we could program it for $150”. Feeling my anger coming on from how deceitful this transaction was I told my husband, to hold our son and we needed to go. My dad asked if he could step into the managers office for a second to say something because he didn’t feel this was right. Noticeably upset he calls them a bunch of thief’s. To break it down to you what kind of dealership you are dealing with who lies, keeps the lie up until you show up and then changes the story, a dealership that would con first responders that are sworn to protect this nation, a family that was promised something and ended up with nothing! I will never step foot in this dealership again, nor will my husband, his cop friends, my nurse friends and we will tell everyone we know about the injustice we suffered. The manager a black man at that couldn’t even come out of his office and look us in the eye and admit what they did. “Hiding in your office sir, shows exactly who you are and shows us exactly what you and your employees are about”.
