Purchased a 2025 Kick in March 2026 for out Autistic 23-year-old son. He drove it home with 5 miles on it. A few days later the engine light came on and engine was running badly. Took the car to Brandon 23-year-old son. He drove it home with 5 miles on it. A few days later the engine light came on and engine was running badly. Took the car to Brandon Nissan (we live in Valrico) and had to pay $600 for rodent damage. The car had sat unmaintained for so long rodents had chewed the wiring. Wife called to ask for reparations and spoke with Rick Sevigny to no avail. The sales portion of the experience was awesome. The aftermath of having to deal with an unsympathetic and extremely rude Rick Sevigny was horrible. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone ever. More

We are a nissan family , still loving my kicks But , My guy Rick hands down ...Aces all the way .As we was going over what's wrong with my car ..I explained I had a dr appointment that morning and that nee guy Rick hands down ...Aces all the way .As we was going over what's wrong with my car ..I explained I had a dr appointment that morning and that needed a way to my appointment. Next thing I knew I knew he comes into the waiting area and says , Here take my car !!! Omg who does that ...This guy does Talk about helping a damsel in distress.. Not sure if he was supposed to do that but.. Amazing .Rick will definitely be my go to guy.Give that guy a raise ..I gave him a big hug .But seriously he went up and beyond .what he was supposed to . I’ve always had great things to say about Nissan Jenkins’ service department — even after a frustrating experience with the sales department nearly four weeks ago. However, my most recent interaction has lef service department — even after a frustrating experience with the sales department nearly four weeks ago. However, my most recent interaction has left me very disappointed. I called to schedule a service appointment for my brand new vehicle, which I’ve owned for less than a month. While I understand my schedule may be a bit challenging, I still expect to be treated with respect and professionalism — especially given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the young woman I spoke to over the phone was noticeably rude and unprofessional. What made the situation worse was hearing her take the Lord’s name in vain during our conversation. Whether intentional or not, that kind of language — especially when speaking to a customer — is completely inappropriate. In a community like Lakeland, where many of us are Christians, this is not only offensive but also a poor reflection on the dealership as a whole. I hope this message is taken seriously and used as an opportunity for improvement. Customers deserve better. More
