Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I dropped it off for them to correct my oil drip from the drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. It ended up costing me about $360 to have them fix the drain plug leak which I felt should have been covere drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil.
