Service Department has gone downhill and it seems to be getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would getting worse. I went in for an oil change and was third in line. Well my oil change took over two and a half hours to complete and I think it would of taken longer if I didn't ask about it. We are more worried about our cell phones and personnel calls than helping the customer. I think I will be going elsewhere for my oil changes. This use to be a great place now I can say it is one of the worst places. More

The service associate was helpful and answered all of my questions, but the service cashier lied to my when she told me that if I took this survey I would received a $100.00, credit to be used on my next se questions, but the service cashier lied to my when she told me that if I took this survey I would received a $100.00, credit to be used on my next service or in the parts department. But as the email indicated I would be entered for a CHANCE to win up to $100.00, in gas vouchers. Clearly I was lied to. More
