Since I flew into Burbank airport and rented a car just to look at the Honda EX and taking the car that day, Albert accommodated me, by following me back to the airport car rental return and drove me back to the dealership in a Honda Hybrid which is was driving. Upon returning, the car had been prepped and detailed and ready for drive off. Paperwork process was smooth and not an all day affair. I recommend Albert to anyone wanting an easy going, no pressure purchase of their next new Honda. More
