The D&M sales manager,Trace, was both helpful and patient in working through the financial process of the lease and the sales representative, Albert, went way above and beyond to help me with the delivery o in working through the financial process of the lease and the sales representative, Albert, went way above and beyond to help me with the delivery of my new car. When I had a tire blowout on my existing car on the way to make the exchange, Albert went with me to get a new tire and waited for more than three hours for it to be delivered and installed.
